Hi!
I am Julia, recent graduate of a Master's Degree Program in Animation Film And Film Special Effects at The Leon Schiller National Higher School of Film, Television and Theater in Lodz.
I do animations, videos, graphics and audiovisual experiments. My individual projects have always been oriented around traditional drawing and stop-motion animation combined with computer one as I am a huge fan of mixing different methods – traditional and digital media.
During my studies I have created four animated movies on my own that have been selected to festivals abroad, as well as in Poland - my country of origin.
In my works, I'm interested in the topics of self-discovery, searching for identity and memory. My main inspirations are the rhythms of nature and its relationship with human rhythms. I feel most like myself in nature and when I am travelling which is great passion of mine.
